Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept both credit card and debit card payment. Unfortunately at present we only accept orders for the United Kingdom.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. The easiest way to order is over the internet or if you prefer over the phone (between 2.30-19.00). You may send your credit card information via phone or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Shipping charges are charged at the value of the order
Unfortunately at present we do not ship to outside of the United Kingdom.

Delivery Schedule If your ordered item is in stock we will endeavour to ship it within 24hrs. All deliveries are sent by First Class Royal Mail and should reach you within 2-7 working days. If we need to order from the supplier we will despatch the order between 7-10 days (see back orders).
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If for some reason it takes longer than 7-10 working days to despatch this order we will always contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges The current rate of VAT on printed music in the UK is 0%.
Credit Card Security All credit/debit card transaction are processed by World Pay, who are one of the leading on-line transaction processors in the UK for safety and reliability. World Pay processes your transaction and then arranges with us for your goods to be despatched. Unless you have made an order by phone we will never handle your credit card details.

Returns Policy If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days. The item must be in its original condition and sent to us by recorded delivery. We will then send you a full refund and in the case of a faulty item will also refund the cost in returning it to us. If you are returning an item please enclose a note stating a reason for the return and the original invoice with your name, address and contact details.
